Order Inspection

We request all customers to inspect their order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any issues with the product, please notify us within the time frame mentioned below.

Claims made after the allowed period may not be eligible for review.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Although we maintain strict quality control, there may be rare cases where

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product is defective
  • You receive the wrong item

  • Clear photos or videos of the product
  • Description of the issue

Please note that requests without proper proof or submitted after the allowed timeframe may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges for products.
